Donations Update
Dave is picking up donations Mon & Thurs and will plan to continue throughout the summer. So far, no issues with donations deteriorating without ice packs.
Gleaning Update
No update. Doesn’t seem to have been any interest from gardeners yet.
Ensuring Water at the Garden
We’ll try to train additional people on how the well timer works and other common problems with the well.
Planning for Closing
Eric will be completely out for closing. Lizzie will run closing; Gemma can help if necessary.
Leadership for Next Year
Bharath interested in taking over some of the technical aspects (e.g., website).
Potluck Update
First Parish has reserved for 9/7, 5-8 PM
Bharath to check with First Parish on what paperwork is required
WCG Liaison
Joyce will talk with Pooja at next AgComm meeting and decide
Halloween Party
Jean O’Donnell suggested hosting a Halloween Party at the garden.
This may be challenging to organize because it’s after the season and we likely won’t get volunteers
Joyce will bring up at next AgComm meeting – not sure what is needed here to be able to run it
Benches/Tables
We would like to be able to replace the benches and tables currently at the garden – the ones there are on their last legs.
Eric to get some rough pricing for tables and benches (check with the guy on Rt 225)
